Position Overview
As the Property Care Crew Leader, you will oversee a crew to ensure the maintenance of our high-end residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Primary Duties (April to December):
- Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and general turf maintenance.
- Garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and planting.
- Mulching and seasonal plant installations.
- Operating and maintaining equipment safely and efficiently.
- Leading your crew to complete daily tasks to the highest standard.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by communicating professionally and addressing any on-site concerns.
Seasonal Duties (November to December and March):
- Installing and removing Christmas light displays.
- Ensuring decorations are installed safely and reflect the quality craftsmanship were known for.
Layoff Period (January and February):
- Eligible for Employment Insurance (EI) benefits.
- Employer top-up pay during the layoff period.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or property care (supervisory experience is a strong asset).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
- Valid G drivers license (required).
- Experience with landscaping equipment and basic mechanical skills.
