Job Title: Commercial HVAC Sales Representative
Location: Beamsville, ON (Hybrid Role)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Base Salary + Commission)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts effectively and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote sales materials.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client data in the CRM system.
- Prepare and send timely and competitive quotes to clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in sales or account management, with a preference for HVAC industry experience. Related experience in mechanical services, engineering, greenhouse heating, boilers, or refrigeration sales is also valuable.
- Education: Completion of an Engineering Technologist program is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong technical sales and outside sales expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills preferred).
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, networking events, and conferences.
