We're looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us amplify our brand, connect with new audiences, and support business growth.
Position Overview:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing and executing marketing strategies that showcase 365 Technologies value to prospective clients. Youll build our marketing calendar, plan events, develop creative content, manage campaigns, and seek opportunities for our leadership team to engage with the community through networking and speaking engagements.
Salary Range (Dependent on Qualifications):
$55,000-$65,000 per annum plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials that align with our brand.
- SEO & Google PPC: Manage and optimize online presence to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Content Marketing: Write, edit, and distribute high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, newsletters, and case studies.
- Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email campaigns using ActiveCampaign to nurture leads and engage clients.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and promote events, webinars, and trade shows to engage our audience.
- WordPress Management: Maintain and update our company website to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Networking & Speaking Opportunities: Identify and secure opportunities for our leadership team to represent 365 Technologies in the community.
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or professional services sector.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with Google Ads (PPC).
- Demonstrated success in managing content marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing platforms.
- Experience planning and executing events.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
