We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. $65,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract

  • Recruit Realtors – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Willingness to cold call
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Share Market Center values and opportunities with new and existing agents
  • Oversee training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
  • Lead sales and business meetings
  • Develop and cultivate business relationships

Qualifications:
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
  • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
