Are you passionate about creating safe, sustainable workplaces and driving a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence? Claystone Waste Ltd. (CWL) is looking for a dedicated, creative, and ethical HSE Manager to join our team and lead our organization's HSE initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HSE strategy to ensure compliance and promote best practices.

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

  • Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to embed safety and environmental priorities into our operations.

  • Report on HSE performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Ensure staff, contractors, clients, visitors, and all other stakeholders on CWL work sites are informed of, trained in, and adherent to all applicable safe work practices and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive leader with a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • CRSP designation (preferred) and extensive knowledge of OH&S regulations.

  • Proven track record of managing HSE programs and leading teams in a corporate or industrial environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • High level of ethics and moral responsibility in everything you do.
