Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  1. Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.

  2. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

  3. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.

  4. Feature Prioritization: Use data-driven methods to prioritize features and enhancements for maximum impact.

  5. Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

Project Management:

  1. Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.

  2. Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

  3. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

  4. Monitoring Progress: Track project progress and performance using KPIs, reporting on status to stakeholders.

  5. Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  2. Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.

    • Proven track record of successfully delivering products and projects on time and within scope.

  3. Skills:

    • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and product management software.
