We are looking for a Manager of Affiliate Marketing Programs who will lead our affiliate strategy for channel partners and digital agencies to help expand our market reach and generate high-quality leads.


About the Job
As the Manager of Affiliate Marketing Programs, youll spearhead the development and execution of a scalable affiliate program to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth. Youll work closely with affiliates to build strategic campaigns that align with our business goals, and youll utilize your strong analytical skills to optimize program performance. Your role will play a critical part in expanding our reach in the SMB market.


Your Impact
As a Manager of Affiliate Marketing Programs, you'll work with the marketing, product, and sales teams to:
Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate strategy targeting channel partners and digital agencies.
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, and other strategic partners.
Manage relationships with existing affiliates to optimize their performance and engagement.
Create compelling campaigns and promotional assets to support affiliate success.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate affiliate efforts into broader marketing strategies.


What You Bring to the Table
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for partnerships and a proven track record in affiliate marketing. Your experience in managing affiliate programs within a B2B SaaS environment has equipped you with strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing. You are adept at analyzing data, optimizing performance, and driving growth.


Must-have experience:
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven success in scaling affiliate programs and managing partner relationships.
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.


Considered an Asset:
Experience in sales/marketing automation or working with SMB-focused SaaS products.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms like PartnerStack, Impact, or CJ Affiliate.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
