Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all standards for quality, freshness, sanitation and food safety
• Cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of meat, including the safe operation of tools.
• Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays
• Additional tasks and duties as required or requested by supervisor
• Assisting customers with their meat selections, providing expert advice and excellent service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and different cuts of meat
• Ability to use meat cutting tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
