O2E Brands is the exciting, fast-growing parent company of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING and Shack Shine. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our rockstar team in a full-time permanent position to provide administrative support to a member of our Executive Team. As a highly organized and proactive team player, your role will help make this busy Executive's day-to-day life run smoothly.

Starting January 2025, all team members in Vancouver and Toronto will be required to work in-office every other week, for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). To support business priorities, core hours of attendance will be mandatory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these days.

Day In The Life

• Provide administrative support to a C-level Executive
• Manage email & correspondence
• Coordinate calendars and schedules
• Arrange and manage travel (including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.)
• Complete expense reports
• Prepare documents, presentations and reports as required
• Support various events and meeting planning
• Maintain confidential information for the business, team and leadership and ensure information is handled appropriately

What You Bring To The Table

• Experience in an administrative or executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities
• Proficient in G Suite/Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and follow-through on assigned tasks
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and flexible with changing schedules
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
• Team player attitude with the ability to collaborate with other assistants to manage busy schedules
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to effectively partner with all levels of the business and be able to build relationships quickly with a diverse group of individuals.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary $55k-70k per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
