The successful candidate will be experienced in supervising within the security industry and familiar with alarm response, mobile patrol, critical thinking and coaching.

* Must be available for day shift, with flexibility and availability 7 days a week (40 hour week)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • BC Security Workers License
  • Valid Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • Must be available for day shift, with flexibility and availability 7 days a week (40 hour week)
  • Mobile Patrol supervisory experience in the security industry with the ability to lead and mentor our security team, ensuring effective operations and adherence to safety protocols
  • At least 2-3 years of security industry experience
  • Ability to oversee and be accountable for the effectiveness of all Security Guard and Mobile Divisions, ensuring excellence in client service in every interaction with staff and clients
  • Background in client sales and with ability to drive and expand client relations and business growth
  • The ability to interact with people in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease
  • A strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • The ability to sit, stand, walk or drive depending on the positions duties
  • Must be fluent in English

Mobile Patrol Supervisor - General Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our mobile patrol division staff, Static guards and Regional Director of Operations
  • Ability to provide training and mentoring our security professionals on security policies and procedures in a calm effective manor
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proactively manage team members with a focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, manage performance of direct reports
  • Work effectively with other departments, demonstrating strong administrative skills
  • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support of employees including assisting with on going training, providing corrective support , and ensuring adherence to all company policy
  • Must be physically capableof driving, walking, and conducting patrols of various areas
