What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist all guests
- Assist guests with checking their outerwear items in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized area to ensure a seamless return of checked items
- Process payments for cover charge
- Check ID's as required
- Other duties as assigned
What You Have:
- Experience providing high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Flexible schedule required
- Ability to stand and lift coats/outwear throughout a shift
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
