We are searching for motivated and quality-focused Client Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to step into a role where you'll make an impact by representing top-tier brands, fostering relationships, and providing world-class service to every customer.


As a Client Service Representative, you'll take on a dynamic, in-person role based out of our Concord office. You'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, representing our clients with professionalism and providing expert knowledge about their products and services. Your mission is to ensure every customer feels valued and supported.


As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Using excellent communication skills to engage with both existing and potential customers, ensuring every interaction is pleasant and professional.
  • Actively listening to customer inquiries and offering proactive, solution-focused support to meet their needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the sales process by understanding customer motivation and effectively overcoming objections.
  • Resolving customer concerns with care, focusing on solutions to ensure satisfaction in challenging situations.
  • Overseeing orders and product/service installations, ensuring contracts are executed according to company standards.
  • Attending regular meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and promotions.
  • Working collaboratively within a team while taking initiative to complete tasks independently.

  • Proficiency with email communication and familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer interactions.
  • A passion for building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an asset but not required.
  • Diploma or degree in Communications, Business, or Advertising is preferred.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule.
  • Willingness to work in-person at our Concord office daily.
