As a Client Service Representative, you'll take on a dynamic, in-person role based out of our Concord office. You'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, representing our clients with professionalism and providing expert knowledge about their products and services. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Using excellent communication skills to engage with both existing and potential customers, ensuring every interaction is pleasant and professional.

- Identifying opportunities to enhance the sales process by understanding customer motivation and effectively overcoming objections.
- Resolving customer concerns with care, focusing on solutions to ensure satisfaction in challenging situations.
- Overseeing orders and product/service installations, ensuring contracts are executed according to company standards.
- Attending regular meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and promotions.
- Working collaboratively within a team while taking initiative to complete tasks independently.

Qualifications:

- Availability for a full-time schedule.
- Willingness to work in-person at our Concord office daily.
