Salary: $100k-$105k Base with OTE of $260k

Plurilock is a Cybersecurity firm working with mid to large enterprise customers nationwide with their ever-growing cybersecurity needs. Our core competencies include security assessments, encryption, network security, endpoint security, and data loss prevention. We offer a very competitive compensation plan with room for growth.

As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing net-new logo business opportunities. Your focus will be on selling IT hardware, software solutions, and promoting our critical cybersecurity professional services. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in hunting and closing new business and working directly with IT leaders such as CIOs CISOs, VP of IT, Director of IT, etc.

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Identify and engage with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold-calling, and leveraging industry connections.

Present and demonstrate IT hardware, software, and cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable growth and long-term client relationships.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Report on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
