What You'll Do:

• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs.
• Educate clients on life insurance products and help them make informed decisions.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to refine your sales and communication skills.

What We're Looking For:

• LLQP license required or a license in the province you are located in (fully licensed professionals only).
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of dedication, time management, and professionalism.
• English language is mandatory, verbal and written. French and Spanish are an asset.
