New Home Listing Specialist

Livabl is looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual with a passion for real estate to join our New Home Listings Team! As a New Home Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our new residential construction data set and working to expand and maintain our database of new development pages. This involves researching new construction activity and updating Livabl with the information you have gathered. You will conduct online research and outbound communication to obtain data for new home communities according to established Livabl methodologies.

In this role, you will...

  • Gather and input data in Livabls database and verify the accuracy of new development information.
  • Review and assess the completeness of each project's data.
  • Ensure data is up-to-date and consistent with reporting requirements.
  • Conduct research to collect current data on new home communities.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates of assigned community pages.
  • Ensure that established standards for quality are met through adherence to defined data quality processes.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity by participating in regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively to gather necessary information and resolve data-related queries.
  • Provide support for internal data quality initiatives.

What Youll Bring to the Team
The successful candidate will have experience, and a skill set that reflect the following:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly data-driven and the ability to manage repetitive tasks without compromising data quality.
  • Strong research skills, and resourceful in finding information.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience.
  • An aptitude for learning new technology platforms quickly.
  • Highly effective written communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Understanding of residential real estate is an asset.
  • College or university education preferred.
