Position Summary:

The CSR provides exceptional customer service through regular verbal and written communications with Bioriginal's customer base and sales representatives. The role also takes a lead role with assigned house account(s) to initiate and build profitable sales. The role requires a very strong customer service focus, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Order Management:
    • Processes purchase orders
    • Maintains accurate dates of sales orders
    • Updates salesforce as required
  • Handles all incoming customer calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Provides sales support to assigned customer segments, including:
    • Selling products to existing and new customers
    • Following-up on general inquiries and marketing leads
    • Customer follow-ups to sales contracts, tradeshows and presentations
    • Assisting in the preparation of price quotes based upon customer requests
  • Expands and grows revenue and margin for assigned house account(s) within assigned portfolios
  • Collaborates closely with the sales team on sales opportunities
  • Receives and works with appropriate stakeholders to resolve product or service complaints from customers and initiates Company NCR process where required
  • Communicates with internal departments to ensure availability of products and delivery times.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of department databases for sales, customer and product specifications
  • Works closely with sales representatives and customers to maintain accurate customer sales forecasts and communicates changes to appropriate departments
  • Increases education and awareness of Bioriginal products by pro-actively promoting the Company's product portfolio
  • Strives to meet personal and team goals and KPI's as communicated by management
  • Performs various account maintenance and management activities as required
  • Other duties and tasks as required

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service is preferred, with experience in business-to-business customer service an asset
  • Related post-secondary education is an asset
  • Must possess strong customer service/focus skills
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills are required
  • Strong problem solving skills are required, with the ability to respond directly to clients/customers on solutions
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required
  • Must have experience with MS Office Suite, with strong excel skills be required
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is preferred
