We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to work remotely. This role involves supporting the executive in managing multiple businesses, with a focus on the health & wellness spa and real estate-related industries. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of business operations, ability to identify leads/build business from scratch and the ability to represent the executive effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads: Use creativity to identify leads, make contacts, establish connections.
- Business Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics for multiple businesses, particularly in the health & wellness spa and real estate sectors and provide the executive with detailed updates.
- Strategic Support: Assist in developing and maintaining long-term referral partnerships for Bridge Wealth Capital (Real Estate Lending) and other ventures.
- Technology & Marketing: Leverage the latest technology and social media platforms to support business development and marketing efforts.
- Executive Representation: Attend calls and meetings on behalf of the executive, take comprehensive notes, and ensure follow-up on actionable items.
- Task Management: Coordinate and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects across all businesses.
- Administrative Duties: Manage the executives schedule, arrange virtual meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably within the health & wellness spa or real estate industries.
- Demonstrated experience in managing business operations and utilizing technology for efficiency and growth.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the latest technology and social media platforms for business and marketing purposes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively representing the executive.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
