We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Client Representative to join our team. If you are a dynamic professional who enjoys connecting with customers and clients in person and are passionate about technology, we would love to hear from you!

Position Overview:

As a Client Representative at Invitica Solutions, you will learn all of the industry's latest promotional sales techniques. You will receive hands on training from top managers and staff to show you how to deepen customer connections to our client's cutting edge products and services, while also providing them with the best-in-class service.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Enhance the consumer experience by connecting with customers to build lasting relationships, while providing superior customer service
  • Demonstrate to the consumer how our client's technology can enhance and simplify their lives
  • Showcase our client's latest products and services in targeted residential areas through live product demonstrations (hot sales only! You will only be contacting customers who have shown an interest in our client's products and services)
  • Be eager to learn with a student mentality
  • Coachable, open to feedback and always looking to ways to improve
  • Have an exceptional work either and a drive to achieve high performance
  • Approach and engage potential customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Resilient, with the capability to handle setbacks without getting discouraged
  • A strong desire to advance and achieve success.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
