Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, cleaning, and preparation of the construction site.
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials.
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of scaffolding and other temporary structures.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Work with other crew members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, even in challenging winter conditions.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in cold, winter weather for extended periods.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Good communication skills and a strong safety focus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
