Our client is a full-service marketing and advertising agency, located in Vaughan, with core competency in new home development and real estate marketing.
They are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the team. This individual will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with their brand's identity and help communicate messages effectively to their target audience.
The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about creating designs that captivate and engage viewers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design visuals for various marketing channels, including digital (social media, email, website) and print (flyers, brochures, posters).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and message goals.
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and video elements, as needed.
- Maintain consistency in designs and messaging across all materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Create and edit visual content for social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach.
- Manage multiple design projects with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, within a real estate marketing environment.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
- Understanding of digital design, including responsive layouts, web standards, and social media formats.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro) and motion graphics is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Illustration skills and experience in branding projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
