Summary

Are you a hands-on marketer ready to drive impact in a rapidly expanding SaaS startup? We're looking for a data-driven marketing generalist who excels in action-oriented environments where creativity and execution are key. As an integral part of our team, you'll take the lead in shaping our brand's narrative, captivating our audience, and accelerating growth through hands-on and innovative marketing campaigns, building from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy, including a company blog, monthly newsletters, and feature release announcements.
  • Hands-on content creation, including writing, video production, and light graphic design.
  • Managing our presence and engagement on Reddit and other online communities frequented by our target MSP audience.
  • Creating sales enablement materials and training for our growing network of ISO (independent sales organization) partners.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Overseeing the design and maintenance of our company website.
  • Track key performance metrics using analytics tools, and prepare regular reports on marketing performance and customer acquisition costs.
  • Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and maintain a user-friendly experience.
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Planning and executing webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Wearing multiple hats and being a versatile, roll-up-your-sleeves marketing generalist in a fast-paced startup environment.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, MSP/IT, or Fintech industries.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs from scratch, driving measurable customer acquisition, engagement, and retention results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging content across diverse mediums.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising, including SEO, SEM, and platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Facebook.
  • Expertise in Hubspot for sales and marketing automation, including hands-on experience in campaign management and attribution.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Brings creativity and fresh ideas to content development and marketing strategies.

Other nice to have skills and knowledge

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Xero is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with payment gateways and/or credit card merchant accounts is a plus.
