As a Client Account Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing client relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and providing unparalleled customer service.

Client Account Specialist's Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into the full sales cycle, from onboarding new clients to managing existing accounts and recommending service enhancements.
  • Increase efficiency by maintaining proactive follow-ups with potential clients to keep the pipeline active.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to boost client satisfaction, attract new business, and drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns both in person and over the phone.
  • Handle sensitive information with care, ensuring all client interactions are accurately documented in line with company policies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting results to senior management and adjusting strategies to meet sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients and handle objections effectively.
  • A competitive mindset and a passion for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with minimal supervision.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position, and a daily commute to our office is required.
