Your Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervisors are responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing crews on daily tasks. You will communicate closely with our Management Team to provide progress reports, and coach, train, and provide feedback employees to ensure Company Expectations are consistently met. Our supervisors ensure our clients expectations are met in a safe and efficient way, and work to cultivate lasting relationships with both the Team and our Clients. Depending on your division, you may be responsible for the following:
Landscape Maintenance Supervisors
- Maintain landscapes in various settings (strata or commercial) to a high standard.
- Perform various landscaping tasks (lawn care, pruning, bedwork, pesticide application, planting, etc.)
Landscape Services Supervisors
- Install high quality soft (Plant, soil, sod, stone installation, renovation pruning, occasional maintenance type work, etc.) and hard landscapes (Pavers, retaining walls, wood work, irrigation etc.)
- Maintain logistics of materials and equipment for each job
- Operate equipment (paver saw, sod cutter, skill saw, plate compactor etc.)
Your Qualifications:
- Practical experience and knowledge in maintaining/installing landscapes and leading crews
- 2-3 years of experience
- Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
- Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality and timely results
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building skills
- Industry accreditation (preferred)
- BC IPM Pesticide Applicators Certificate (preferred or we will support you through)
- Level 1 First Aid (preferred or we will support you through)
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Conflict resolution skills are an asset
- Willing to obtain the educational requirements of this role within your first 3 months.

Working Conditions:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:45PM @ various property locations around the Lower Mainland. Commutes are to be expected.
