Client Onboarding and Relationship Management
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our managed IT services.
- Understand customer needs through regular, proactive interactions to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Maintain a positive company image by implementing client-related events and programs.
Service Delivery and Performance Monitoring
- Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to ensure efficient delivery and support of IT services.
- Implement and manage ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Create performance reports, dashboards, and insights for customers.
- Report on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer experience through surveys, interviews, and pulse checks.
- Ensure high levels of system availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Incident Management and Problem Resolution
- Lead incident management and problem resolution activities to minimize service disruptions.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly before they escalate.
- Prepare and deliver critical incident reports and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Provide field feedback to sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve service delivery.
- Analyze customer data and competitor offers to identify potential churn signals.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
Upselling, Renewals, and Sales Support
- Identify opportunities for service renewals and upselling additional IT services that benefit the client's business.
- Help the sales team upsell services relevant to client needs.
- Support service delivery teams in creating compelling client presentations.
Operational Strategy and Resource Management
- Plan and execute operational strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources for IT operations to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Team Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT operations team to foster professional growth and development.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling Technical Solutions.
- Proven success in hunting; has validated skills in cold calling and prospecting
- Post-Secondary / University Degree with sales and technical training related to managed IT services.
- Strong technical understanding of IT products and services
- Experienced in preparing, writing, and making sales presentations and proposals in concert with Sales Engineers and Technical Writers
