- Prepare monthly and maintain a consolidated database of revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including Renewal performance; ARR & Gross/Net Retention metrics; ACV/TCV Bookings; variable revenue usage volume & average revenue per unit; etc.
- Analyze metrics at both the total corporate level for monthly Board of Directors (BoD) and Executive Committee (EC) distribution as well as at the product level for internal business unit consumption
- Present to Leadership (EC members and Sales Leaders) on an ongoing basis (quarterly or monthly)
- Maintain the data structure in our key recording and reporting systems (NetSuite and Salesforce) to enable automation of the analysis
Qualifications of this Role:
- Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles
- Demonstrable familiarity with revenue KPI's and a documented history of working with them in prior assignments
- MBA or equivalent either already obtained or substantially completed
- Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large data sets and provide meaningful insights in a summary manner
- History of successfully leading a project to completion
- Familiarity with NetSuite (including EBPCS and NSAW modules) and Salesforce a plus
- Ability to work independently to a regular monthly deadline
- Presentations sills (both written/data visualization and live presentations)
The Hiring Manager says:
I'm looking for the kind of person who is inherently curious about what they can learn from analyzing large datasets, are disciplined enough to produce the metrics on a deadline each month and can communicate their findings to both their peers in detailed form and to leaders in a summarized view. I'm also looking for someone who can bring their own ideas around how to structure our data, analyze our results, and improve our processes to produce these KPI's since this is an emerging are of our business. The ultimate goal for this position would be to staff up and build a team of analysts to support these KPI's, with the idea being that this person would transition to the manager of that group. The ultimate goal for this position would be to staff up and build a team of analysts to support these KPI's, with the idea being that this person would transition to the manager of that group.
