Why this role is significant
As a Pastry Cook, you are instrumental in crafting exceptional pastry items that leave a lasting impression on our guests, making their experience unforgettable and ensuring they return for more. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, not only maintaining but elevating our quality standards. Your creativity and expertise will also shine as you contribute to the development of innovative and exciting pastry creations that enhance our culinary offerings.
A day in the life
- Craft high-quality pastry items by following established recipes and techniques, ensuring consistency in both taste and presentation.
- Contribute to the creation and development of new pastry items, infusing creativity and innovation into the menu.
- Keep the pastry station clean, organized, and compliant with all sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies to support efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with other culinary team members to ensure seamless kitchen workflows and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, discover new ingredients, and explore innovative pastry techniques to continuously elevate your craft.

- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role within a culinary setting.

- Availability to work weekend night shifts required.
