Job Overview
Specific duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for service, ensuring adherence to menu specifications and quality standards.
- Execute, guide, and assist in the preparation and organization of pastry mise en place and production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper handling and storage of leftover items.
- Responsible for the opening and/or closing of the pastry section in the kitchen.
- Follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Stock pastry inventory appropriately and ensure ingredients are stored correctly
