This 10-month temporary position (until September 2025) offers you the opportunity to guide our talented studio teams across multiple locations in creating exceptional experiences, hitting ambitious goals, and fostering a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and fun.

• Bring 5+ years of direct sales experience (fitness industry experience is a plus!)

What Youll Do:
As a District Studio Manager, youll:

• Oversee and support Studio Managers to execute sales and marketing strategies that drive year-over-year growth
• Cultivate relationships with team members, members, and the local community to promote studio success
• Ensure all studios meet and exceed performance metrics, from lead generation to member satisfaction
• Build and support a strong leadership pipeline for future opportunities across the market

Additional Requirements:
This role requires frequent travel between studio locations, so a reliable method of transportation is essential. Youll be compensated for kilometers traveled.
