As the Operations Manager, you would be responsible to:
- Hire, supervise and manage your subsidiary, distribution and administrative team. Manage morale in the Branch by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers.
- Supervise the facilities, health and safety, vehicles and equipment of itssubsidiary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated positioning strategies toincrease company brand exposure.
- Report and analyze the financial health of your subsidiary using its income statement and key performance indicators.
- Plan and manage branch inventory.
- Continuously maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Provide complete, accurate and on-time reporting of key performance metrics established for the Branch. Provide written and verbal reports on operations on an ongoing basis.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- A class 5 driving license.
- Technical background: experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results oriented.
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and Adobe Products.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Compensation:
- $50,000 to $100,000 per year, depending onexperience.
