Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement customized executive search strategies that align with clients' organizational needs and objectives, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a dynamic, high-quality talent pipeline, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure a robust selection of candidates.
- Client Partnership: Engage directly with clients to understand their leadership requirements, providing consultative advice on talent solutions, market trends, and compensation strategies.
- Market Networking: Represent the firm at key industry events and conferences, cultivating relationships with top-tier professionals and expanding the company's network and brand recognition.
- End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the entire search process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and successful placement, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in executive search or recruitment, with a strong track record of successful placements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, coupled with excellent networking capabilities.
- Certifications: CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Other Skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to foster client and candidate relationships.
