Position: Personal Lines CSR (RIBO Required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow up

• Support the sales and service team

• Adhere to underwriting guidelines and processes

• Manage Renewals: review and re-market policies, identify gaps and opportunities, make recommendations based on individual needs

• Opportunity to earn more through sales and monthly incentives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year RIBO Lic and 1 year general insurance brokerage experience

• Ability to work independently and set daily tasks and goals

• Ability to organize and prioritize incoming tasks to meet client expectations

• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills

• Prior experience with Powerbroker (or similar) & Company Portals

Salary

$40,000 - $50,000 + monthly bonus
