Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Professional in Calgary ,Alberta.

POSITION: Security Professional- ConciergeLOCATION: Calgary ,Alberta PAY: $ 18.00 -19.50 per hourSHIFT: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 1600 -2400

0000 - 0800 (Overnight)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to read, write and speak in English and possess reading, writing and comprehension skills sufficient to compose clearly and concise written reports and read and understand rules, regulations, policies and similar instructions
• Must be eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week
• Possess a valid Security Guard License.
• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems
• Customer Service Experience Preferred .
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
