Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly scalable web and cloud solutions with a focus on performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, product designers, product managers, and engineers to develop high-quality solutions.
• Provide leadership alongside the Development Manager, Product Owner, and Architect to guide the team.
• Proactively identify and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility within the systems.
• Explore and prototype new technologies, ideas, and patterns relevant to the project.
• Take full ownership of initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with Java, Microservices, and RESTful web services.
• Strong background in Backend Software Engineering.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Expertise in developing REST APIs and delivering highly available, scalable, distributed systems and microservices in production environments.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools, such as Docker, ECS, S3, and more.
• Familiarity with MS SQL.
• Basic knowledge of server programming, databases, and cloud architectures.
