About the Role
As Head of Revenue Growth, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, diverse environment, leading us towards achieving our goal to +5x revenue in the next 5 years.
The Head of Revenue Growth is responsible for driving overall revenue growth through effective Marketing and Sales strategies, including sales growth, customer acquisition and retention, market expansion, establishing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities/markets for the organization.
As a primarily results-driven leader, you have experience with large enterprise sales in regulated industries such as financial, insurance, and utilities from $250K+ ARR, and you understand SaaS metrics and sales. As a hands-on leader, you have a proven track record and have demonstrated the key attributes of working in and scaling a business from $10M+ to attain strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Work with our Sales team to develop and execute the sales strategy for customer acquisition and revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance targets, KPIs, and accountability standards.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring optimal conversion rates and pipeline health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, driving long-term partnerships and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into sales processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to drive performance improvements and provide regular reporting to the CEO and executive team.
Marketing Leadership:
- Work with our Marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive, consistent marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
- Lead demand generation campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, etc.).
- Oversee the creation of marketing content to position the company as an industry thought leader.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the product, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop pricing strategies, forecasting, and sales budgets.
- Partner closely with the CEO to identify and remove bottlenecks to drive scale in our business.
- Grow and effectively manage the financial and HR resource plan to optimize the efficiency of the GTM team to achieve its goals.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for market expansion, partnerships, and product positioning.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
Measurements of Success
The Head of Revenue Growth is measured primarily by client acquisition and new-business revenue attainment in our target markets. The key measurements of success are:
- Revenue Target: Achieve 100%+ of annual revenue targets
- Sustainable Growth: Build and maintain a 4x 12-month rolling revenue coverage pipeline
- Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven metrics to set annual sales velocity and pipeline conversion targets
- Team Performance: Set annual targets and compensation plans to achieve team alignment
- Market Recognition: Drive market leadership and awareness through earned media, editorial coverage and industry recognition
