Job Description:We are seeking General Laborers to assist with fencing installation at a rural location in Winfield, Alberta. Workers will help install fencing around a large ranch. The job requires manual labor, teamwork, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. You will be responsible for supporting the construction team by assisting with setting up and securing fencing materials, operating basic hand tools, and ensuring the site remains organized and safe.
Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in general labor or construction is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions on site.
• Capable of physical labor in outdoor environments.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Background check and drug test required.

Special Notes:

• Location: The job site is located in a remote area of Winfield, Alberta. The employer has agreed to pay an additional 1-hour bill rate for drive time due to the location's distance.
• PPE and Tools: PPE is required (hard hat, steel-toed boots). Tools will be provided as necessary.
