About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Partner Account Manager to drive growth and maintain strategic relationships with our agency and industry partners within the eCommerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Partner Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with agency partners as their primary point of contact
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping agencies maximize platform value for their eCommerce clients
- Monitor customer usage data, go-live dates, health indicators and translate into strategies for account retention and growth
- Develop joint business plans to drive growth objectives and identify upsell opportunities
- Act as an escalation point for agency partners, ensuring timely issue resolution for at-risk events
- Work cross functionally with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, & Marketing) to provide second-to-none customer satisfaction
- Advocate for agency needs internally, influencing product and service improvements
- Responsible for Net Revenue Retention and Expansion of the book of business
Partner Enablement and Training
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials, resources, and collateral
- Conduct partner onboarding & training sessions, regular check-ins, monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews
- Provide product training and enablement support to ensure partner success
- Create and maintain partner enablement resources and documentation
Sales and Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams on go-to-market strategies for agency opportunities
- Support pipeline development and revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns and case studies
- Develop thought leadership content to elevate the partnership program
- Create compelling business cases and proposals
Industry Partner Program
- Manage and expand relationships with strategic industry partners
- Design and implement partner onboarding programs
- Identify and recruit new partners within the Amazon ecosystem
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in partner management or account management within B2B SaaS or eCommerce
- Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships, particularly with agencies
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including advertising, marketplaces, and analytics, on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategic action plans
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS platforms
- Willing to travel to industry conferences and partner offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically with agency partnerships in the eCommerce ecosystem
- Track record of developing and implementing partner programs
- Advanced knowledge of partner relationship management tools
- Experience with co-marketing and partner enablement programs
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
