Still reading, good. At HUB, we attribute much of our success to strong marketing. We understand the value marketing can have in fostering existing client relationships or creating new ones.

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work with our team on marketing efforts. The ideal fit will be a marketing Swiss Army Knife who can handle many marketing functions.

Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, revising and posting social media content and pre-written blog posts daily.
  • Reviewing, revising and creating a landing page for a monthly downloadable e-guide.
  • Reviewing, revising and scheduling email campaigns.
  • Reviewingand revising a monthly printed and email-based newsletter letter.
  • Managing a monthly marketing campaign, which includes:
    • Identifying target prospects in CRM.
    • Reviewing and revising printed postcards to mailing.
  • Editing and posting training/promotional videos to our YouTube Channel.

Marketing Coordinator Skills:

  • Experience or training in business-to-business marketing.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital editing tools, Canva, Photoshop, Acrobat DC and Premiere Rush
  • A motivated and outgoing personality.

Education, Experience and Trait Requirements:

  • Diploma in Creative Communications specializing in Advertising & Marketing Communications or Business Administration with a Marketing Major.
