We are looking for a housekeeper to provide 4-7 hrs. shift for our client near Richmond St W and University Ave. We are looking for 1-2 people for this role, Please read below;
  • Shift can range from 4-7 hrs a day between Sunday to Friday.
  • You must commit to a minimum of 3-4 shifts a week
  • Ongoing opportunity with the ability to pick up additional shifts
Job Summary: Housekeeper
Position Overview:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our clients. They will work under the direct supervision of the Care Coordinator to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
General Housekeeping:
  • Dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Vacuuming carpets
  • Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Organizing and decluttering living spaces
  • Meal Preparation:
  • Assisting with meal preparation, including cooking, serving, and cleaning up
  • Following dietary restrictions and preferences
Client Support:
  • Providing companionship and assistance to clients as needed
  • Accompanying clients on outings and errands
  • Ensuring the client's safety and well-being
Qualifications:
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Police check
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and situations
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
