A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager/Project Manager

As a Branch Manager, you'll lead and inspire a top-tier team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and unmatched customer service. By providing consistent feedback, ongoing training, and embodying our core values, you'll create an environment that retains dedicated employees and attracts top talent. On the Project Management side, you'll roll up your sleeves to scope, estimate, and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll oversee compliance, safety, and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and your team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong restoration project management experience paired with a genuine love for the restoration industry.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and objectives.
• A demonstrated pattern of achievement fueled by energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to build authentic, lasting rapport.
• A team-player attitude combined with self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach.
• The ability to think strategically and analytically at a VERY high level.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to lead to successful outcomes.
• Clear criminal background check.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Xactimate is a MUST.
• IICRC certifications are a plus!
