Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg's premier Permanent Recruitment firm, is collaborating with our client to identify a dynamic Senior Administrative Assistant to provide top-tier support to senior executives. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations and fostering a professional and productive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Address scheduling conflicts and prioritize appointments effectively.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation for business travel.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and handle travel changes promptly.
  • Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to support business operations.
  • Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including virtual and in-person setups.
  • Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
