About the Role:As a 360 Desk Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This role blends business development with full-cycle recruitment. You will manage every stage of the recruitment process, from identifying client needs to sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional Finance and Accounting talent. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development- Identify, target, and develop new client relationships within the Finance and Accounting sectors in Canada and the USA.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and goals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of business agreements.
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment or full-desk experience, preferably in Finance and Accounting. Preferably in an agency setting.
- Sales Savvy: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Finance and Accounting roles (e.g., Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers, FP&A).
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a small business environment with autonomy and accountability.
- Relationship Builder: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients and candidates.
