We are hiring for a full time Director of Operations to oversee a food retail chain with stores across southwestern Ontario.

• Starting at $80k, negotiable based on experience
• Full time + overtime after 44 hours
• Open Availability is required, especially weekends

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality customer experiences across multiple locations, managing up 60 employees.
• Manage and supervise staff, including department heads and store managers.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online and pick-up orders.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance both customer and staff experiences.
• Collaborate closely with upper management to drive growth and expand operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Strong retail management experience, including supervising approximately 60 staff members.
• Food safety certification is required.
• CPR, Food Safety and First Aid certification is an asset
