Ace Management Group is a Client Acquisition firm that specializes in enhancing the consumer experience. We are fortunate enough to have partnered with some of Canada's most well-known brands. Our focus is on developing and maintaining relationships in order to create long-lasting customers. None of this work would be possible without our Customer Service Sales team. We have just opened up another spot as a Customer Service Sales Representative. We are thrilled to announce that we are now looking to fill another opening on our Customer Service Sales Team. We are seeking a candidate that is people-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is driven by achieving results. What Does a Customer Service Sales Representative Do?

  • Manage end-to-end all sales, customer service and client relations tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop and deliver promotional sales plans to increase brand awareness and drive product sales
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to customers
  • Communicate with customers, answer all inquiries, actively listen to customers in order to provide them with a customized product/service solution
  • Attend daily meetings to stay current with the latest products/services and prices
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and achieve sales targets
  • Represent our client with enthusiasm and knowledge to create a positive and memorable brand experience

Once our Customer Service Sales Representative demonstrates a full understanding of the above responsibilities, we want to provide an opportunity for growth and advancement. Through our thorough training, we hope to see our Customer Service Sales Representatives grow to roles of leadership where they are training other Representatives, leading teams of their own, and taking on more responsibility within our company.

So What Does it Take to Be a Customer Service Sales Representative?

  • High school diploma or a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience working in other customer service, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • An ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
  • A passion for communicating with customers
  • An internal drive for success and professional growth
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
