Compensation:

$85,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Mississauga, ON, CA
  • Organize property viewings, conduct home tours, and engage in open houses for potential buyers in the area
  • Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their preferences and requirements for a new home
  • Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful sales
  • Provide prospective home buyers with vital information about the local housing market in Mississauga, ON, CA
  • Implement the team's strategic plan effectively
  • Schedule appointments with buyers to view properties
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the buying process
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license enabling car travel
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
  • A valid real estate license is a mandatory requirement
  • Excellent communication abilities
