About the Role

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who have shown interest through our websites. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to these leads, qualifying their interest, and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. This is a key role in driving the growth and success of our company, so were looking for someone with experience in outbound sales and a passion for connecting with people.

Whats Involved

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through our websites to engage, qualify, and nurture them.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure timely communication.
  • Accurately input and update lead information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs and effective follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for calls, conversions, and appointments set.

Talent Specs

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software is a plus
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
