Wisedocs is on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Every week, we process hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.
We are searching for an Implementation Support Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience across our customer segments. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, customer training skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be humble, hard-working, and exhibit grit in overcoming challenges.

You will work cross functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure we are continuously delivering against customer requirements. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of technical solutions, integration, and customer success. We're looking for someone that is genuinely excited about problem solving for customers and who has a strong balance between providing technical solutions while communicating in a concise, engaging way. Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are met.

Customer Training:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use our software.
  • Create and update training materials, including guides, videos, and FAQs as needed.

Main Point of Contact:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Handle all client communications, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate regular status meetings and project updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive onboarding experience.
  • Communicate client feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate new strategies to optimize the onboarding experience.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in implementation, API integration, or a similar is a strong asset
  • Industry experience a strong asset
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Technical understandings – you understand what we mean when we say API, SFTP, and you understand how to oversee an implementation with these in mind
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with all layers within the organization
  • Extreme ownership: you find a problem; you bring the solution to the finish line
