Position OverviewAs a Remote Office Administrative Assistant / Receptionist , you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing documents, and providing general administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.Prepare and process documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to support easy access to information.Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and progress on various initiatives.
Qualifications:Remote position – Candidates must reside in the United States or Canada.Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles is preferred.Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office management software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
