Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years managing in the service industry
- Similar fast paced environment and atmosphere
- Comparable sales volume
- Experience in managing a team of up to 30 staff
Job Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Continuous development & motivating of staff and supervisors
- Responsible for front of house restaurant operations including but not limited to:
- Guest experience
- Handling guest concerns
- Hiring and training of FOH staff
- Motivating staff staff incentive programs
- Legislative compliance
- General cleanliness
- General operations ensuring systems and standards compliance
- Required to be available for all shifts required opening, closing, mid shifts, weekends
- Legislative certifications preferred SmartServ, First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Handling
- Following all Shoeless Joes policies and procedures consistently
- All other duties as outlined in detailed job description
