Position Summary
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead our efforts in creating, implementing, and sustaining a strategic marketing plan that drives our brand forward and elevates our business presence in the industry. You will be instrumental in building a strong, consistent brand across various channels while working collaboratively with teams to professionalize and strategically align all marketing initiatives with the company's objectives.
As a Marketing Manager your key accountabilities will involve:
- Planning and overseeing marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, experimenting with channels including:
- Content creation and curation.
- Event management.
- Social media and publicity campaigns.
- Lead generation and performance analysis.
- Refining and propagating the brand, engaging with existing and prospective clients, employees, and business partners.
- Producing engaging content for our website, LinkedIn, and social media to attract and convert target audiences.
- Supporting senior leadership in crafting impactful external and internal communications.
- Collaborating with Business Development, Client Services, and People & Culture teams to ensure proactive and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Building relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Aligning marketing activities with community outreach to enhance the company's reputation.
- Supporting People & Culture with internal campaigns and talent recruitment strategies.
- Providing expertise to the Proposal team for marketing materials and presentations.
As a Marketing Manager your success is dependent on:

As a Marketing Manager your experience and qualifications will include:
- Proven experience in marketing, with 10+ years in progressive roles and at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- A university degree or diploma in marketing, sales, business, or related field is an asset.
- Demonstrated success in corporate brand enhancement and measurable marketing results.
- Expertise in website analytics tools and optimizing campaigns.
- Proficiency with social media and Microsoft Office applications, and a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience working in private sector businesses, showcasing results that impacted growth, recruitment, or revenue.
